1. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and return instructions.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice.

Ship the item to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Personalized or customized perfumes are non-refundable.

Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for returns.
